Vamlumtimes Dinner!
As you may or may not know, I really don't like Valentine's Day. It's the anniversary of St. Valentine's death, for starters, and these days it's more about Tiffany's and Hersey's than celebrating love. Therefore, ugh.
However, D really likes it. So, we decided to do a V-day dinner on the 15th.
I totally made this cake from scratch. Yes, a boxless cake, and may I say that it was delightful? I am awesome.
D really wanted to do Cornish Game Hens, so he baked those with an apple inside, and then just veggies in with the birds in a huge dish. It was sooo good!
I think we are amazing cookers, don't you?
